What Happens Next?

Your first step is simply to call us on 01527-577247 and we’ll take some details and discuss your situation, asking questions about any existing conditions, mobility and so on and make arrangements to meet with you.

We then visit service users, your families or friends to discuss your requirements in detail. If you would like us to provide a service we will then continue with a full care needs assessment.

• Agree an individual care plan,
• Carry out a full risk assessment
• Discuss the weekly cost,
• Arrange a start date for a Team Leader to commence the service and develop a detailed care plan with you for your care worker to follow.
